Welcome to AppTestify Test Managment Platform ("ATMP"), a comprehensive test management platform provided by AppTestify Global Services Pvt. Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and software applications (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

By creating an account, accessing, or using Apptestify, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AppTestify Global Services Pvt. Ltd.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

Apptestify is a cloud-based test management platform that provides tools for:

• Test case management and execution
• Project and requirement tracking
• Team collaboration and user management
• Reporting and analytics
• Integration with development tools
• Issue and defect tracking

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

You agree not to use the Service to:

Our total liability to you for any damages arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
